Woburn Coaching was founded on the basis that sport should always be fun, and that we all have goals in life and in our sport. We love to help athletes towards those goals, but it’s vital that you enjoy the training and the activity along the way.

All our coaching is tailored to you, with bespoke training plans, regular review meetings, and constant communication. Whether you want to work on sporting technique, general fitness, or both, we will design a programme to fit your needs.

Coaches

Gareth Allen
Gareth is a Level 3 British Triathlon Coach, and also holds qualifications from British Cycling, Cycling UK and England Athletics. He has been competing in triathlon since 2004, and enjoys ultra long distance events.

Zoe Smith
Zoe is a Level 2 Diploma British Triathlon Coach. She came into triathlon in 2012 after spending the previous ten years running marathons. After completing several long distance triathlons, she focused on shorter events, and is a GB Age Group duathlete.

Gareth and Zoe have plenty of knowledge and experience, but more importantly they love the sport, they love helping people to enjoy triathlon, and to get more out of their training. They are both seasoned triathletes in their own right, and have worked with a huge range of athletes, including international triathletes and complete beginners.
