You’ve completed Ironman, and you’re looking for a bigger challenge. Welcome to the world of Ultra Triathlon - Doubles, Triples, Quins and Decas. There are two formats: the one-a-day, where you complete an Iron distance race each day; or the continuous format, where you complete all the swim first, before moving onto the complete bike leg, and then the ultra run to finish.
Our coaches have experience of competing in and crewing ultra triathlons, and have created a 12 week plan to prepare you for the unique rigours of this event. This plan assumes that you are already at an appropriate level of fitness at the start of the 12 weeks.

For £39.99, we will personalise the Ultra plan to your needs. This includes a 45 minute phone call to establish your current level of fitness, your training preferences, and any logistical difficulties that life may throw in your way. Then we will tailor the plan to your needs, give you a free Training Peaks account, upload the plan, and you are good to start your training.
For £149.99, we will enrol you in our three month Kick Start Programme. This involves a full diagnostic initial meeting, a unique plan written for your specific needs, and ongoing coaching throughout the three month training period. To learn more about our Kick Start Programme, click here.
